二 | 会上，三地市场监管部门联合发布7项共建计量技术规范，覆盖生物医药、医疗卫生、产业协同、生态环保及民生保障等多个关键领域，其中2项规范填补国内相关领域空白。 Dharmendra was one of the biggest superstars of his time. His passing leaves behind an unmatched legacy of over six decades. The actor, born as Dharmendra Singh Deol, breathed his last at his residence. He was admitted to Breach Candy hospital earlier this month due to respiratory complications. Dharmendra's passing has sent a wave of sadness across the country, with fans, colleagues, and stars from the industry deeply shocked with the news. Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 and quickly became a superstar. He was known for his versatility, mastering roles from the romantic hero to the tough action star. His career boasts over 300 films, many of which are considered classics today. Some of his most memorable performances include the iconic role of Veeru in the cult classic Sholay, as well as memorable performances in Phool Aur Patthar, Seeta Aur Geeta, Chupke Chupke, Dharam Veer, and Pratigya. His natural charm and powerful screen presence earned him millions of fans worldwide. 三 | 本次发布的7项规范，通过联合评估立项、季度协同推进、统一发布实施和集中效果评估的全流程管理体系，进一步统一区域内计量校准规范，推进技术协同，有效消除了跨区域检测差异，为产业升级、城市治理和民生保障提供了坚实技术支撑。这是自2017年启动计量技术规范共建机制以来，三地集中发布的第十批区域性技术文件。至此，三地累计发布的京津冀共建计量技术规范达49项，有效形成跨区域计量技术协同的“京津冀样本”，其工作模式已在华北、长三角等地区推广应用。本次发布的计量技术规范，在生物医药与医疗卫生领域，《胎心模拟仪校准规范》为全国首个胎心模拟仪器类校准规范，填补了母婴诊疗设备量值溯源空白。《医用温度报警器在线校准规范》与《澄清度测定仪校准规范》匹配药典要求，为保障药品存储安全与药品检测合规提供了重要技术依据。在产业协同与生态环保领域，《垂直轴偏差测量仪校准规范》统一包装容器测量标准，消除了跨区域检测误差，为食品、药品、化妆品等产业一体化发展赋能。《化学发光定氮仪校准规范》完善总氮检测量值溯源链条，支撑区域环境监测与科研单位生产和研究。在民生保障与安全监管领域，《氧化性固体试验仪校准规范》创新质量变化速率测算方法，攻克燃烧速率校准难题，填补国内相关领域空白，为海关、化工、民航危险品安全监管提供技术支撑。《电子温压转换膜式燃气表检定规程》强化计量数据精准与安全，保障居民燃气计量公平公正。另外，三地市场监管部门还将建设京津冀特种设备技术专家库，充分发挥专家在标准政策制定、科研课题攻关、突发事件处置、安全风险研判、检验检测支撑及疑难技术问题解决等方面的智力支撑作用，提升区域特种设备安全治理能力与水平。
